Hi all,
Everytime I try to log in to my Pix4D application I get a message saying that my email needs to verified. However, when I click on the button to send the email all I get is an error message saying, “Verification email failed to be sent”
Is there anything I can do to remedy this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you for your message and for mentioning the issue encountered when verifying an account.
I have manually triggered the verification email. You should receive it within a few minutes. The subject is “Activate your Pix4D account”. Make sure to check the spam folder and that your system does not block “noreply” emails.
You can learn more about email verification here:
Please let me know if this helps you and if there is anything else I can do for you.
Thank you for your help. Unfortunately the email does not appear in my mailbox or my spam folder. I spoke with my company’s IT department and their software shows the email being delivered, however as I mentioned it just doesn’t show up. Is there some other way to verify my email or even change the email address that is associated with this account?
Please get in touch with your IT team to figure our what this message has been blocked. Othewise you won’t be able to receive any email from us (including links for password reset).
In the meantime, I will get in touch with you via email so I can verify that you have access to that inbox.
You will get an email from me soon with the instructions on how to proceed.
