Verifying e-mail not sending?

Hello, I’m trying to verify my account. but the “resend” is showing this message…
Need email confirmation
You need to confirm your e-mail before processing datasets. If you didn’t receive any email you can resend it."

BUT…

it tells me-
Verification email failed to be sent
Any Help would be appreciated.

I have forced the sending of a confirmation email.
Please also check your spam/undesired folders. If needed, the subject of the message is “Activate your Pix4D account”

Thanks, I still have not received an e-mail with the subject line…? Does it normal take a while?
I do get the e-mails for this message, but not the activation e-mail. I also got the e-mail for the training classes.
Maybe I need to be linked to the Towns Account somehow and not the Demo Site?

The email should be immediate.
Did you check the spam/undesired folders?

Alternatively, please send an email to daniele.lecci@pix4d.com using your email as a sender so that I can see that you have access to that inbox.
Please use the code #157726 as subject.

I will then manually confirm the address for you.


Edit: This ticket has been solved after the user’s Admin changed the filter settings.
