Verifying e-mail not sending?

Hi all, Everytime I try to log in to my Pix4D application I get a message saying that my email needs to verified. However, when I click on the button to send the email all I get is an error message saying, “Verification email failed to be sent” Is there anything I can do to remedy this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
