Hello;

I have a mac with the M1 chip, I think Mac directly is not compatible with Pix4D. But if I install windows with Parallels it will work with the M1? Thanks

Hello,

It is recommended to use Windows 10, 64 bits; however, it is possible to use Mac computers using Boot Camp. For more information about system requirements, please go to the link below.

Kind regards,

Hi, I have installed Parallels on the MacBook Pro M1 Max.

It is 3 times slower than my 2017 MacBook.

I made a post with report in another thread.

Attempting to rectify issues.

Hi,

I guess running slow is somehow expected. The M1 has to translate the OS from intel instructions to ARM. It is really not meant to run windows in any way.
A lot of people are using the OSX version of PIX4Dmapper that works well for them on the M1 but it is expected to run slow though as you mentioned.

I hope you found this helpful.

Best,
