Is Pix4d software compatible with Apple

I have an Apple Mac Pro laptop and not able to open app after it is installed.
I’m using a windows 11 app from Parallels Desktop. Any advise on how to fix this?

Please note that macOS is not a supported OS for PIX4Dmapper:

Please note that this version is not supported, and it is possible that recent macOS updates made this version incompatible as it was still using old connection protocols, not supported by modern OS.

Users with Parallels have experienced issues with the display of the rayCloud and processing fails.
Feel free to give it a try, but we can’t ensure this will work on the long run.

If you don’t have the possibility to use a Windows device, you can also give PIX4Dmatic a try. This software works on both Windows and macOS and is currently supported by us.
