Hi,

There is an issue with the gimbal lock of the P1 camera. It comes from the DJI. Could you please try to remove the image orientation and let Pix4Dmapper use its algorithms to process the data?

You can export the image geotags and orientation by going to the Image Properties Editor and select To File .

Then select Names, Coordinate, Orientation, Accuracy as shown below.

If you save it, you may be able to remove only the orientation and leave the other values.

Afterwards, load the edited file using From File option.
