Is it possible to use radiometric thermal images as well in the software?
Unfortunately PIX4Dreact and PIX4Dfields do not support radiometric thermal images. You will need to use PIX4Dmapper.
I am working with a Parrot ANAFI-USA. A few weeks ago I was able to successfully create an orthomosaic, but today Iām receiving the ācamera is not supportedā message. Today, I re-ran the photos I collected during the first flight and it worked, but the photos I collected today keep getting the same ācameraā message.
Are you capturing the images at full resolution? If you make any changes to the resolution or aspect ratio then it will cause the program to fail.

The only setting I changed was lowering the altitude, from the last time I collected data. I was hoping to get higher detail on the plants.
When you lowered the altitude did you keep your overlap constant? It will be imperative to maintain at least 75-80% side and 80% frontal.
