Is it possible to use radiometric thermal images as well in the software?

Unfortunately PIX4Dreact and PIX4Dfields do not support radiometric thermal images. You will need to use PIX4Dmapper.

I am working with a Parrot ANAFI-USA. A few weeks ago I was able to successfully create an orthomosaic, but today Iā€™m receiving the ā€œcamera is not supportedā€ message. Today, I re-ran the photos I collected during the first flight and it worked, but the photos I collected today keep getting the same ā€œcameraā€ message.

Are you capturing the images at full resolution? If you make any changes to the resolution or aspect ratio then it will cause the program to fail.

The only setting I changed was lowering the altitude, from the last time I collected data. I was hoping to get higher detail on the plants.

When you lowered the altitude did you keep your overlap constant? It will be imperative to maintain at least 75-80% side and 80% frontal.
