This is great news indeed @Gaël (Pix4D)

I am glad that after quite some time of not supporting it you have come around!

Hi all,

From the 12.07.18, Pix4Dcapture V4.3 for Android has been released together with Mavic Air support.

From the 21.06.18 Pix4Dcapture V3.2 for iOS has been released together with Mavic Air support.

We also incorporated precise image geolocation in the p4d file generated when downloading the images to the device. This is useful for drones whose EXIF GPS position is of low precision such as DJI Mavic Air and Spark.

More info about .p4d file generation here and how to transfer and process images after a mission here.

Enjoy the Mavic Air using Pix4Dcapture!

Hello, when you say pix4d now works with mavic air, does it also include grid and polygon missions with automatic photo capture?
Does it alsi work with dji spark?

Best regards
Felipe

Hello Felipe,

Yes you will be able to fly Grid, Double Grid, Polygon, Circular and Free Flight missions using the DJI Mavic Air.
About The DJI Sparks, you will not be able to fly waypoints mission with this drone. In other words, you will only be able to achieve Free Flight Mission with it.

Best,
