why point cloud is in red after initial processing

Hi Jerry,

Can you please try to close and open the project again? Are the points still red? Also, please update the driver of the GPU if it is not updated. Additionally, we would need your quality report and log file for further investigation. It would be easier if you write us a support ticket with the documents as pdf or doc cannot be attached here. Also, try one more thing: Remove all the results and run from scratch again
