My company uses an old version of Pix4D Mapper Pro. For the past couple projects, I have noticed the “Point Cloud and Mesh” step in the processing tab is red after the project has been processed. “Initial Processing” and “DSM, Orthomosaic and Index” are both green. The data quality has been great, so I have not worried about their being an issue in the point cloud step. However, I want to be sure I am not missing something. I have closed and reopened the Pix4D file, but this step remains red. I have looked up troubleshooting ideas, but I have not found anything.
Why is this step red? Is there actually an error in the point cloud processing step? If so, how do I resolve it?
