where is my dsm?

Using the trial version, in both local and cloud processing the dsm only shows the mask. Is this a problem, or is it because I’m using a demo version?

Could you please share a screenshot with us to better understand the case? I am not sure I understand what the mask is :-)

The solution is to open it in Pix4Dmapper (Using the Mosaic Editor) or a GIS software such as Global Mapper, ArcGIS, QGIS, etc

Thanks for that. I assumed because it was a .TIF file that Photoshop would be ok to open it. Problem solved! :slight_smile:

I am glad the problem is solved :-). It is a Tiff file that contains altitudes. Some software cannot interprete the altitude information!
