I can view a DSM with the Mosaic Editor, but when I try to view the TIFF file of the DSM, it comes up blank.
Any suggestions on how I can get a TIFF of the DSM that’s viewable?
Many thanks!

Hi @joe.stroup,
thank you for your message and for sharing the two screenshots.
Our DSM is created in GeoTIFF format (which contains geographical information).
This file type is supported by most GIS software:
IrfanView most probably applies a stretch to the values of the DSM and assign to the transparent part the lowest value (black) and all the altitude values are close to the maximal value (white).
Once you open the DSM in a GIS software, you can choose the color scale and the scale stretch by your own and then export the map as an image.
Cheers.
Excellent! This is exactly what I needed to know. Many thanks!
Glad to be of service!
Happy mapping
That was not really helpful, unless you understand the software like QGIS
Hi @dterrazas ,
If it is only to view the DSM, once you download QGIS, you can view the DSM by simply dragging the file from the folder to QGIS.
Feel free to refer to this article for more instructions: Applications with Quantum GIS (QGIS)
