I am using a Mavic Pro 2 and a DJI Smart Controller. I have downloaded Pix4D and the CTRL+DJI apps onto the Smart Controller. All goes well in the mission planning and actual flight of the mission. The drone flies the route, takes photos, and returns to home location. Lately, on the return to home, a message pops up on the Smart Controller and says “unable to retrieve image list”. Then, after landing, auto sync never occurs and if I leave the mission, the photo icons on the map disappear. I can still download the photos off the drone, so it’s not the end of the world. Just curious if anyone knows why this would still be happening?
