May I ask which product are you talking about, is it PIX4Dcapture?
If yes, PIX4Dcapture doesn’t support the DJI Smart controller. For more information visit,

There is a workaround some people have been using.
Launch (Ctrl & DJI) app, launch pix4d capture from within Ctrl&DJI. Everything connects, run pix as normal.
I didn’t work for me. Ctrl&DJI wanted permissions granted that I couldn’t find.

Thought you guys might have had some experience with this mess.
