Waiting for credits

Hi,

I purchased 100 credits, according to the system I need 26, and it is still in pending status.

My balance is 111 credits.

I would appreciate any help in moving forward.

It seems to be a bug, as soon as there is already a project or images, the software goes into endless mode and does not update the status.

I found a simple workaround. Open a new site with the same images and everything worked fine. This is a level zero bug and it is unclear how the tester did not come up with this.

We have detected a system issue where, sometimes, the processing of projects awaiting credits does not begin immediately after packages are purchased.

We are currently working on a fix to prevent this issue from recurring.

This obviously hasn’t been fixed yet because the same thing is happening to my account. I have tried to reach out to customer support all day, and the best response that I’ve gotten is that my support ticket will be reviewed within 24 hours. Not ideal after spending $300 for a 1 month subscription that apparently doesn’t even work. Pix4d should make it easier to navigate the customer support experience. This has been a real turn off.
