I can not use any of my 536 tokens in cloud processing

I can not use any of my 536 tokens in cloud processing. in the bottom left side of the window, it states that I have 0 of 536 credits. I would like to use one of these credits, how do I unlock this?

Hello Robert,
The problem is that your PIX4Dcloud license is expired. In order to process projects in the cloud you need both credits and an active license.
Please contact support or your sales person to buy a PIX4Dcloud license.
