Cloud quota reduced to zero after Advanced trial

We at University of Helsinki have been using pix4d education perpetual license with possibility to process models also in the Pix4dCloud. We have had a significantly large quota of images and projects. Someone from our users have tried Pix4d Advanced trial through cloud and after the 2 week trial ended our processing quota went to zero. I hope this is a mistake since we really need the cloud processing option as well with guests whit whom we fly drones, collect data and process it smoothly without using the desktop edition which requires a lot more time and experience. Can You pleas help us. You can sure see how much we had quota before it crashed to zero?

Hi,

Welcome to the Pix4D Community.

The loss of PIX4Dcloud is not related to the PIX4Dcloud Advanced trial. The S&U related to your PIX4Dmapper license was renewed on 08 Jun 2022. As of October 1st, 2020, Pix4Dcloud is no longer included in the PIX4Dmapper license. You had access to PIX4Dcloud until the end of your last subscription period.
