Missing One-time License


We purchased what we believed was a one-time only payment for the educational version of Pix4Dmapper. We have been using the processing software for the past five months with no issues, however, we received a message in March about our subscription for “Pix4D cloud” coming up on its expiration date, yet we did not use this service. We have only been using Pix4Dmapper. This did not make much sense to us since we believe we had purchased the one-time payment option for Pix4Dmapper only. We continued to use the service up until midway through June, but now it is not recognizing our subscription at all. It does not appear on the subscription list as active or expired.

Any help with this dilemma would be much appreciated, thank you.

I understand that the message could be misleading. This was an automatic message directed to all customers that purchased PIX4Dmapper before October 2020. Before that date, PIX4Dcloud was included with PIX4Dmapper.

Regarding the disappearing of the PIX4Dmapper license, I suggest you open a direct support ticket as we will need to know your Pix4D email and license key. Please do not provide this information in the Pix4D Community.
