No valid Cloud License with Perpetual License???

Last month I paid for a perpetual license. Everything I read said that  a Pix4D license would include 2500 images per month uploads.  I initially processed some images, but now the cloud account just says "

No Valid License

We couldn’t find a valid license for Pix4Dmapper Cloud in this account.
Please check your licenses.

 

Does any body know whats going on?

our perpetual License is only to process into the Desktop application.

If you need to process in the cloud I recommend you to contact our sales team. They can help you to find the right license for your usage.
