Hello, I am a university student using Pix4Dmapper and I have previously received a 6-month educational license. My account is currently set as the Organization Owner of my university , even though it should be classified as a student/member under an educational setup. Could you please help update my account role or advise on how to correctly associate it with my university? Thank you.
Hello @hadjer.selmania, Your account is not the part of any organization. You have your own organization which name can be modified. I can see that you only have PIX4Dmapper trial license in your account. To modify your organization name follow the steps explained in the below support article,
