I need to change the email to my login account. The current email belongs to a colleague who no longer work in my organisation. I am the new responsible and I would like to change the email to my email address.
I can’t find a support email I can reach out to.
Please help me.

We can’t change email address of Pix4D account. However, licenses and projects are not linked to personal accounts, but to organizations.
If you still have access to the Pix4D account, you can invite a new user to the organization and make them the new owner: How to invite users to the organization.
If you have more questions and would like to get in touch with a technical support agent, you can click on Pixie (AI agent at the bottom-right corner), select Licenses and organizations and then type “email change”. You will get a link to a form. Make sure to select “email change” when selecting the product/topic.
