Hi there
I recently requested for the email of our Pix4d account to be changed. Which it has but as this is an internal email not external, external emails can’t be received. That includes the Pix4d confirmation email. I’m unable to contact support because I have not confirmed the email plus it does not let me contact Pix 4d unless I login with the email I cant confirm. I need to get the email changed again. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is true, all Pix4D accounts need to be linked to a verified address.
Do you want us to change it back to the email it was originally, or do you have another email address?
Please note that you will need to have access to that email (for example, to receive the confirmation email) and it has to be on the same email domain it is right now.
Please send me a private message if you don’t want to share here your new email address.

I changed the account email with the new one. You should have received a new confirmation email. Please open it and confirm the new address.
I also modified your last message so other Pix4D community members don’t see your address.
