New account Email confirmation refuse to connect

Hi,
Just created a new account and have to confirm my Email.
The confirmation link sent to my email refuse to connect, so I’m not yet confirmed and cannot contact support.
The support page say “please post a new thread on our Community page to request help.”
So here we are.
Help?
