Cannot confirm email - refused to connect

I’m trying to create a new account for PIX4Dcapture, but I cannot confirm my email. When I click on the confirmation link, the website fails to load. I have tried 2 different devices on 3 different networks and 2 different email providers and all receive the same error message. “ refused to connect.”

I can see in our system that the verification process was completed.

Can you please confirm if you are still having issues?


It did resolve itself the next day.
