Never Ending email loop/ Cant confirm email address

I have an account with a misspelled email address. I did just purchase a Training course but cant access because I cant confirm my email address. any one have any idea what to do?
Ive tried contacting support but cant because it requires I confirm my email address…
so Im just stuck.
