I am trying to log into my Pix4D account to use Pix4D Survey and when I go to the website to contact technical support it gives me an error that my email address is not confirmed. I tried to resend a confirmation email multiple times and it says I am not able to.
Is something wrong with my account?

Your account s***************@g****.com still needs to be confirmed via activation email.
I have just triggered a new activation email.
Please make sure that the email is not in the spam/junk/undesired folder and that you are not blocking emails from @ pix4d.com.
The subject line of the activation email is “Activate your Pix4D account”. You can try with a global search in all your email folders.
Please let me know if it works for you.
