Email Verification Not Sending / Need to transfer license to new email address

There is an error whenever I attempt to send a confirmation email to my account. I need to confirm this and then change the email address to hand over ownership of the license within my company.

I need to contact Pix4D support, but there is an error whenever Pix4D tries to send a verification email to the email address on my account.

Sorry your are having issues. It looks like your account has been verified some time ago. However, I can see that your email address was changed last spring. Are you using your updated email?

I seem to be having the same issue as the posters above. Anytime I try to sign in to my account through the Pix4D app I get an error message saying that the verification email was not able to be sent. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
