When a project is loaded, for some reason if you open up the (Volumes) tab immediately it will load a black screen then once loaded the whole program just freezes and you need to end task in task manager just to geo out of it. I figured out that if you open the (Ray cloud) tab first then open the (volumes) tab everything works perfectly! Do you know as to why this happens and if there is any way to fix it?
This appears to be an issues with your graphics card. I suggest referencing the article below in order to instal the latest updates.
The latest version of PIX4Dmapper is 4.6.4. Can you please upgrade to the latest version and if the problem persists please send the log file and quality report. A short video of the issue will also be helpful. We will need these in order to help diagnos the problem.
