Pix4D Mapper 4.8.0 Vol Issues on Windows 11

Anyone else having issues with VOL measurements with Pix4D mapping 4.8.0 preview?? Will not allow end user to measure stock piles. OS: Windows 11.

Thank you for letting us know you are running this on Windows 11 and using Pix4Dmapper 4.8.0. If it’s the issue regarding where the volume tab appeared black, Pix4Dmapper 4.8.0 solved this issue. PIX4Dmapper technical release note.

May I ask if your GPU driver is updated to the latest version?

Feel free to refer to the link to update the GPU drivers if needed: Official Drivers | NVIDIA

In some circumstances, it might be needed to perform the following procedure (in addition to updating PIX4Dmapper) in order to fix the problem entirely:

  1. Close PIX4Dmapper if running.
  2. On your computer, go to System > Display > Graphics and browse PIX4Dmapper.exe (typically found in " C:\Program Files\Pix4Dmapper ") if not already appearing in the app list.
  3. Click Options and select High Performance .
  4. Open PIX4Dmapper and calculate the volume.
