Program fail when creating open project

I just installed Pix4D Mapper, descktop version on my Dell i7/window 10 ultrabook (inspiron12 serie 7000). But it fails whe I try to create new project. The window to chose diretctory opens, but when a click in any file the system reports error and abort pix4D.

How to fix it?
