Processing raw 16 bit .tif files from FLIR Vue Pro results in emply orthophoto?

I attempted to process some 16bit raw .tiff files from my FLIR Vue Pro camera in Pix4D using the ‘3D Model’ template as suggested by Pix4D for thermal photos with no geolocation. I ended up with a point cloud as well as a DSM but my orthophoto has all zero values.

Any clue what’s happening here?

Hi Kelsey,

If you are referring to the coordinates this would be expected since no georeference was given to the project. In order to get the x, y information you will have to georeference your project using GCP’s. For more information see: https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/204951165

If this is not the case please send us the quality report, the log file and some screenshots depicting the issue by creating a ticket using our request form?
