Not sure if this is a catch or cloud issue but since we purchased cloud access none of our uploads have processed properly as they did during the trial phase. All we get is a “Processing Error…Something went wrong while processing the dataset and we couldn’t generate the expected output” I can not find any option to reprocess or try again. It would appear that our only option is to download the images and process directly in mattic… Any suggestions?

I had a look at the projects you are uploading and I noticed that you have selected the EPSG:32119 and EPSG:6360. Apparently EPSG:32119 uses meters and EPSG:6360 uses ftUS
Maybe instead of EPSG:32119 try to use EPSG:2264 for the horizontal CRS.
