when I import my images it is not reading the exif from the image. the same images in pix4dmapper come in and the info is there. not sure what I am doing wrong.
Hello @Jake_Mattox, It might happen if the camera only has the geolocation parameter but the camera orientation parameters(Yaw, pitch, and roll) are missing from the raw images.
@Jake_Mattox do you have any message displayed in the status center ? That’s the bottom bar of the software that can be opened up and where all information on progress and actions, warning and error messages get displayed.
Otherwise, could you please share an example image for which it doesn’t work? That way we can have a look.
