PIX4Dmatic Open GL Error

I have a user that is trying to use PIX4Dmatic and upon launch of the software they are getting a failed to initaize open GLerror. The laptop has a Nvidia T600 graphics card. The native graphics card is disabled. I found reference to my issue and this link was on the page, but the page is not found:

I tried adjusting settings in the Nvidia control panel for the program with no luck. It has the latest Nvidia drivers.
