Hi, when I try to open pix4dmapper on the desktop, the program never opens. i have tried restarting the laptop several times, also uninstalling and reinstalling the program but have no luck. some days, it will start no problem. Has anyone else dealt with the same issue? I am running windows 10.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems using PIX4Dmapper.
Please try to completely uninstall PIX4Dmapper. Use the exact procedure described here:
Also, make sure that your Graphics Card drivers are up to date:
If you have an antivirus installed, make sure that it is not interfering with PIX4Dmapper. Eventually, mark PIX4Dmapper as a trusted application (add to the whitelist).
