Program doesn't start

I’ve repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled the program and will not start. Any ideas? Using Windows 10. Program has worked a couple weeks ago and now it doesn’t start.

Program Doesn't Open

I execute the program and nothing happens. I check the Task Manager and the program isn’t running. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it. I’m running Windows 10. First time I’ve seen this issue.
