Pix4Dmapper Trajectory Error

Hi Everyone,

Before I start… I have a pix4dmapper ver. 4.6.4

We have a 90km project that should be process in 2D Maps, But when I got to process Step. 1(Initial Processing) it got an oblique. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

What we used:
-Raven44 Helicopter
-Riegl VP-1 (LiDAR & NikonD850)

POS was extracted from the lidar together with the Base(Static Observation 1 second) and process first in Riegl Software before we got to process in pix4dmapper.

Hopefully anyone have the same issue and got solved the problem.
