Recently when processing a large number of images, there is a problem orienting the photos of a Phantom 4 survey, which produces spatially warped orthophotos or unfilled voids.

The first thing that I noticed is that the project is processed using the rapid options:
This may reduce the quality of the outputs. I suggest you process your project with the 2D Maps template (not the rapid version).
Also, when there are several flights at different flight altitudes, it is recommended to process step 1 for each flight separately, add common manual points and then merge them together. For more information about merging:
Please keep in mind that your computer may not be able to merge all flights together (especially if you process with the full options and not the rapid ones).
