Pix4DMapper crashing during processing.

I I have been using Pix4Dmapper for over a year now, and it has consistently worked well with my current hardware configuration. However, in the past few weeks, the software has started crashing frequently — especially during the processing stages.

Most of the time, the crash occurs during Step 3 – DSM, Orthomosaic and Index (specifically during ortho image generation). While this happens more often with large datasets, even smaller projects have started crashing unexpectedly.

There have been no major changes to my system setup. For your reference, here are my hardware and system specifications:

Processor: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i9-13900K @ 3.00 GHz
RAM: 128 GB
OS : Windows 11 Pro

I would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps you can provide

Hello,

I am sorry that you are experiencing some crashes of the program. Can you attach your project .log file? This will tell us a lot about the project and why it might be crashing. Once uploaded, we’ll let you know what we see.
