I’ve read the previous post about dell pc’s problems, and i want to acknowledge to the team that i have a custom made pc with the following features:
Proccesor: Intel(R) Core™ i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00 GHz
Ram: 16.0 GB at 64 bit
VGA: Quadro K2200
I don’t have any Back up and recovery software.
And i still have the same problem, that my pix4d crashes and when i start it, it close instantly.

I don’t know at what stage your Pix4d application is crashing. But if it is while you are performing the step 3 DSM, Orthomosaic and Index, under Index Calculator there is a Radiometric Processing and Calibration option my suggestion is set correction type to Camera only. (Multi-spectral projects). If it is an RGB project set correction type to No Correction. This may fix your Pix4d crashing issue. Moreover even if your project crashed there should still be a .log document where your processed folder is. You can try to open that and it may tell you why it crashed.
