Pix4Dfields trial with Parrot Bluegrass purchase?

Good day,

I recently received my Parrot Blurgrass and included was a one-year subscription to ParrotFieldsmobile app and Pix4Dfields software, but when I went to download Pix4Dfields 1.3.0 it states “Download Pix4Dfields and login for an automatic 1-month subscription of Pix4Dfields for free.” Do I not get one-year?

Hi Mark,

Thank you for reaching out. I just reviewed your account and I see you have both, a 1 year of ParrotFields and a 1 year of Pix4Dfields. 

Are you sure you used the same email address to log in in Pix4Dfields?

Hi Jorge,

Yes, used same email and I just registered at my.parrot-business.com as is says on my Subscription activation. The support person where I purchased the Parrot Bluegrass just confirmed that it is a one-year subscription.

Hi Jorge,

I went through with the install of _ Pix4Dfields _ it says my expiry is March 18, 2020.
All is good.
