16 NAF WEB 2018-11-29 project was uploaded on cloud and generated but it can’t be displayed and a message appears: “loading error, some data might be missing”. I downloaded the whole project with results on desktop. It works perfectly on desktop computer, so I deleted project on cloud, and again uploaded same project on cloud (unchecked all processing option 1,2,3) with option start processing and project is processed, quality report is OK, but project is not loading with following message: loading error, some files might be missing.
If you click on attached project link, the same message will appear: https://cloud.pix4d.com/pro/project/402295?shareToken=12c7eaa1-e7e0-4032-8029-7ce2cae1a6d5
Similar message was on project, https://cloud.pix4d.com/pro/project/399486/map?shareToken=c364a4a5-c0ea-4718-849f-746eb01ce4f5, but with procedure described above, problem is solved.
I made 16 similar projects on same location, and only current (project16), and last one (project 15) have a problem.
Projects are in arbitrary coordinate system.
Hi,
do the other projects also have an arbitrary coordinate system? Did you follow exactly the same procedure with the two projects you mentioned??
Other projects are in CroatiaTM coordinate system. This particular location with 15PIX projects are in arbitrary coordinate system and for 13 older projects with the same location, I did not have any problem on cloud or desktop, just those two. I followed the same procedure with every of these 15 projects.

Maybe the problem is with PIX4D version.
Hi,
thank you for providing more information. We are investigating this; there might be an issue when uploading projects with an arbitrary coordinate system from Pix4D Desktop to the Cloud. I’ll keep you posted.
Projects created and uploaded with version 4.2.27 have no problem with display on the cloud, but when I upgraded this particular project created with version 4.2.27 to 4.3.31, and uploaded project on the cloud, the problem appears and the same error message occures.
Hello Tonko,
The issue with uploading projects with an arbitrary Coordinate System to the Pix4Dmapper Cloud is fixed. You shouldn’t experience the same issue anymore. Let me know if this is not the case.
