Pix4DCapture does'nt work on Huawei Mediapad T3 ?

Hi all
I can’t use Pix4DCapture on my Huawei Mediapad T3 10", Android 7.
CTRL+DJI is installed, and is continously switching between ‘connecting’ and ‘Disconnected’.

DJI Go4 is OFF following differents tutorials, and is not set by default.
Other apps like DroneDeploy or DroneHarmony are detecting the drone.

On my smartphone (Honor 8 / android 8 ), Pix4DCapture works immediately with the same drone.
Is there something I can check (log file or anything else) ?

CTRL+DJI and Pix4DCapture have been uninstalled/reinstalled, tablet has been rebooted…

Thanks
Christophe

Hello,

The behavior you are describing has not been reported to us so far. However, we expect it to work. I would suggest you go through all the basic checks and troubleshooting steps as it will solve most of the issues that can be encountered if properly followed. we
Just for your information, please note that we cannot guarantee that the application will work perfectly with the new devices. The hardware can vary a lot when running Android OS and even with the Galaxy S5 there are many different hardware configurations that it is very difficult to support all different devices. Also, be aware that certain devices are not supported for some permission issues imposed by Google Play Store that we cannot control.

Regards,

Thanks. Finally solved the issue resetting/reinstalling the tablet.
