I just downloaded the latest versions of CTRL+DJI and pix4dcapture. I keep getting “CTRL+DJI unfortunately has stopped” over and over. Pix4dcapture will run but it will not connect to my drone (DJI Phantom 3 Advanced). I am very frustrated. Can you help me?

Thank you for the response. I have already read this post, and many other. It looks like the CTRL+DJI is not compatible with my Android Operating system. I am trying to update the operating systems and will try it again.
On another note, I would love to see a video on how to save projects in Pix4dcapture. I can’t quite figure out when a project is saved. I keep overriding one project with the other.
