Thanks Daniele, it worked. I just changed the env variable PROJ_LIB to XPROJ_LIB, restarted computer and it worked. Btw, that variable was created by postgis, which is a postgres extension with QGIS. This may then happen to users of pix4d that are on agriculture mapping.
