On December 27th, 2018, Pix4D Cloud services will be unavailable from 12pm to 2pm CEST (3am to 5am Pacific Time) due to scheduled maintenance.
Pix4D Cloud services have been running without interruption for the past three years, and this scheduled maintenance will help us ensure the quality of service for years to come.
The scheduled downtime means:
- cloud.pix4d.com will be unreachable from 12pm - 2pm CEST December 27th 2018
- You will not be able to log in to or log out of the desktop version of Pix4D’s software
- If you are already logged in to the desktop version of Pix4D’s software before 12pm you will be able to work as normal
- You will not be able to log in to support.pix4d.com, or any other services which integrate with Pix4D Cloud. Our website pix4d.com will be working as normal
