I replied to your personal support ticket. Please have a look. 
Also for visibility to everyone, when exporting the orthomosaic as GeoTIFF in PIX4Dmatic, it will always be the transparent orthomosaic instead of JPG (default).

In PIX4Dmatic, when exporting the orthomosaic as .tiff there should be no black border when importing it in third-party software.
@yasmina Have you tried exporting as .tiff?
