Could Someone Give me Advice with Exporting Orthomosaic from Pix4D Mapper?

Hello there,

I am currently working on a project in Pix4D Mapper, where I need to export an orthomosaic for further analysis. Although; I have been running into some issues when trying to export the project. The orthomosaic is not exporting as expected, and I’m not sure what’s causing the problem.

The project involves aerial imagery captured using a DJI Phantom 4 RTK, and I’m processing the images in Pix4D Mapper using standard processing settings.

I have selected the Orthomosaic export option with a georeferenced TIFF format. I have made sure to choose the correct coordinate system WGS84 and resolution; but when I try to export; it either fails or the exported file does not align properly with the expected area.

Occasionally; I receive an error message that the export failed due to an unknown issue, but no further details are provided.

I have already tried recalculating the project and running some of the preliminary checks for the dataset checking for any misalignments or issues with the image quality; but the problem persists.

Also, I have gone through this post; https://community.pix4d.com/t/cropping-exporting-certain-areas-of-an-orthomosaic-mlops which definitely helped me out a lot.

Has anyone else encountered this issue before? I would really appreciate any guidance on troubleshooting the export process or any recommendations on settings that might help resolve this.

Thanks in advance for your assistance and help. :innocent:
