I am having trouble opening Pix4dfields. I downloaded it to start the free trial and I cannot open the Pix4dfields app.

Do you see any errors, or is it just closing? What operating system are you using?

Try running as Administrator, Right click on the icon, Run as Admin.

Try uninstalling and installing again.
I was trying to open the app on a Microsoft Surface Pro 9. It only had 8 GB RAM. If I tried with one that had 16GB RAM would it work?
