starting app error

We had a several problem during starting session of pix4 d fields app.
We try also to follow the proceedings to re-installation of pix4d fields, and it works but only for 1 session. After we close the app and re-open it a few minutes later and it crash again.
We have this problem with many pc’s and for several days.

ps: update 2.8.0 done

how to solve this problem?
